Each reservation has a private link. The guest opens it on their phone with no app to install.
You can try these steps on the trial hostel.
Steps
- 1Open the reservation
- 2Click guest link
- 3Copy the link and send it to the guest the way that suits you
- 4Or send it by email when email is set up in your account
- 5Follow the details status from the reservation itself
Keep in mind
- The link shows no data before the guest is verified
- You can revoke the link and create a new one at any time
- The link expires after checkout
