Create a reservation and assign a bed
Every reservation is tied to a bed. The system shows only beds that are available for the dates you choose.
You can try these steps on the trial hostel.
Steps
- 1Click new reservation in the console
- 2Choose the arrival and departure dates
- 3Pick the bed from the available list or from the calendar
- 4Enter the guest's name and contact method
- 5Save it as confirmed or as a temporary hold
- 6Copy the guest link and send it
Keep in mind
- If two staff members book the same bed at the same moment, only one succeeds
- A temporary hold releases on its own if it expires without confirmation
