Book a group
A group is one reservation with more than one bed. You can book the whole room or separate beds.
You can try these steps on the trial hostel.
Steps
- 1Click new reservation and choose group booking
- 2Set the number of beds and the dates
- 3Choose a whole room or pick beds from the calendar
- 4Enter the name of the group lead
- 5Add member names now or later
- 6Send each member their own link, or one link to the lead
Keep in mind
- A whole room cannot be booked if any of its beds is sold
- You can move one member to another bed without changing the rest of the booking
