Laundry requests
A laundry request goes through five clear steps, and the guest can see where it is.
You can try these steps on the trial hostel.
Steps
- 1The guest requests from the portal, or front desk logs it
- 2Staff collect the bag and set the state to picked up
- 3They set it to washing
- 4They set it to ready and the guest is notified in the portal
- 5They deliver the bag and record the delivery
Keep in mind
- The service price is added to the stay folio before closing
- You can turn the service off in settings
